RunAsDate is a small utility that allows you to run a program in the date and time that you specify. This utility doesn't change the current system date and time of your computer, but it only injects the date/time that you specify into the desired application.
You can run multiple applications simultaneously, each application works with different date and time, while the real date/time of your system continues to run normally.
Known "False Positive" Issues

• AVG Antivirus reports that RunAsDate is infected with "Trojan horse Generic 10.THK".

How does it work ?

RunAsDate intercepts the kernel API calls that returns the current date and time (GetSystemTime, GetLocalTime, GetSystemTimeAsFileTime), and replaces the current date/time with the date/time that you specify.
System Requirements

RunAsDate works under Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, and Windows Vista. Older versions of Windows are not supported.

With this version you can install XP in less than 2 minutes using only 256mb of ram. The entire install takes up 610mb. when in use the entire OS uses up 24.10mb of ram, and the whole thing boots up in about 12 seconds.
This version of xp will not prompt you for anything, a serial is included and there is no need to activate it with Microsoft. Once it starts up it will not prompt to chose which disk to use. It will just pick the first one. Best to use only after a reformat.

While Vista has now been available for almost two years now, there are a lot of people that are happily sticking with XP, myself included. And while there aren't enough flashy features to tempt me to switch to Vista, one that I do like the look of is the Vista sidebar. Happily, deviantart user joshoon has posted a package that allows you to install the real Vista sidebar on your Windows XP computer.

Installing the sidebar consists of installing three packages: Alky for Applications, Windows Sidebar Installer, and Gadget Extractor. Alky for Applications is where the magic happens allowing Vista-specific software to run under XP. An interesting side-effect of installing the Windows Sidebar Installer is that the Vista-specific fonts are added to your XP installation.

Because this is an XP-compatible version of the actual Vista sidebar rather than a copy, all of the widgets that you could install in Vista will work on XP.
